This hotel is right in the heart of Xi Men Ding, the bustling center of Taipei. The location couldn't be better for shopping enthusiasts, as all the popular shopping areas are just a stone's throw away. Being centrally located within Ximending train station, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city and getting around.

Their service is excellent. I reach there at about 7am in the morning. As the check-in time is 3pm, i intend to leave my luggage at the concierge so that i can walk around before checking-in. However, they allow me to check in on the spot as i have 5yo kid who is very tired due to the night flight! Really appreciate that. Although they do not provide breakfast, but they have a 24-hr free snack bar for consumption. Location is great. It is surrounded by shops and just walking distance to the train station. I like their bathtub cause my kid enjoys so much.

There is no wardrobe probably because of the room size and no windows too. Easily missed the signage.

We loved staying in this hotel as it was close to the MRT station and right in the bustling Ximending Walking Area. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and cleanliness was never an issue. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attention to detail like an onsen bath and even rooms with windows if you prefer. Plus, the breakfast included in the stay is a great value for money.

All in all, this hotel was perfect for our stay.

The washing machine and dryer was an unexpected surprise

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and close to public transport. The hotel offers a 24-hour snack counter which is really handy for late night cravings. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, allowing us to rest well after a long day exploring the city.

The sound insulation wasn't great, meaning we could hear people talking in the corridor. the lack of soundproofing and underwhelming dryer made our stay less enjoyable.

The staff at this hotel are warm and friendly, always ready to offer valuable travel advice and answer any queries. The rooms are small, but they provide a cozy environment with comfortable beds and pillows. The common resting/dining area feels like a home away from home, complete with computers, sofas, and a large table offering free-flowing snacks and drinks. Additionally, the rooms with two comfortable double beds are reasonably spacious and kept clean every day. The fact that breakfast is included is definitely a bonus.

All in all, this hotel provides a great experience, leaving no room for improvement.
